Inserted in a plot of irregular geometry and surrounded by constructions of little architectural value, this house faces challenges of topography and orientation. It closes off towards the west, where there is a national road and a café, and opens towards the east, offering stunning views and privacy. The structure features irregular shapes, earthy tones, and few openings, using courtyards and skylights to bring in natural light. A clear distinction between exterior and interior reflects the intention to isolate from the immediate surroundings without compromising internal dynamics. Social areas face eastward, while intimate areas face westward, separated by a large internal patio that enriches the spatial and visual experience.
