A blustery day in The English Channel. Started with a couple of rolls in the genoa before letting it all out. AWS 15-20kn, AWA 45-50 degrees. Sea Feather wind vane self steering.
I love this video. No dull chat. No "Say hello, Beryl!". Just a lovely boat, the sea, and the sounds. Great.

What a delightful video. The sounds of the sea are therapeutic in a way. Thanks!

What a fabulous video....took me right back to when I spent a week on a Contessa 32. A really great boat to sail generally but particularly when close-hauled. Thanks so much for sharing this.

I'd like to buy one of these. Beautiful hull. Such a smooth sailing boat.

great stuff, what's your wind vane?

It's a Sea Feather. Works really well even in light wind.

Thanks, I hope you will keep posting your videos, I am a great fan of the Contessa 32. I followed the refit posted by Ralph Catchpole. It would be interesting to know what you would have done differently if anything!

Ralph did a good job especially the paint job which looks great. Painting the decks especially made a big difference to the overall appearance. I'm happy with everything really, although wish I had fitted Raymarine electronics rather than B&G. It's still a work in progress though - as with all boats!

@@hw6321 Just wondered why you weren't happy with B&G electronics?
