I like these videos, very detailed about every meal. It's surprising how one can eat a lot, but keeping it low calorie. I often find myself eating bread and peanut butter just to hit my goal of 3000 calories, but if I was cutting I would very easily hit my macros and keep calories low (238 gr protein, 330 gr carbs, 90gr fat, 2700 calories if I cut, 3000-3200 to bulk)

Aloha 💪I’m on caloric deficit for my show , you said chill as much as possible but I walk with plates 17 miles a day at work hungry as F@&$ bringing steaks, deserts to the rich people while I’m on egg, fish diet low carbs 😅 the 6 h walk around 17 miles a day is like long steady cardio not sure if I need add more calories but definitely not from carbs I got stubborn fat on my abs for not being on diet 7 years and eating restaurant junk food 😜🤪💣 Question: You got great vacuum poses , I use to be able to suck my stomach in like you on stage but now I feel my stomach doesn’t let me suck the air in I only get as far as my chest 😅 I’ve been doing vacuum exercises every morning and before sleep it kinda hurt when im holding it in . I try eat very small portions like small plates and not eat stuff which bloats my stomach which I did before I started 3 weeks ago I’m 5’9 205 lbs what should be my weight to get to 6-9% of body weight to be able to do proper vacuums 😅. I’m also over 40 now so got really slow metabolism 🤪🍩💣
