Yes pause brings the lights on and play turns them off. Beautiful. I love the look of the remote. So sleek and stylish.

Lighting control is very important in HT. You don’t want anyone getting hurt during movie time!

Absolute facts!!! When I was using Harmony, I had a button mapped to control the lighting however this automates it so it the system senses when I hit pause and activates the lighting scene automatically. So seamless and a small but significant addition.

With Logitech getting out of the remote business I recently got a Control4 system as well. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Which Control4 system are you using? Also, is it whole house or theater specific?
@Mrs.Blair_MPA

Hi, we are using Control4 OS3.2 with three EA controllers throughout the house with NEEO remotes on each floor thanks to the NEEO's ability to control each room per floor with a simple drop down.

@@TheJoeyPeacock that's awesome.... It's a pity you didn't live near me. I would have come and done a test setup for you to see how you liked it over the course of a week or so. I keep a spare EA-3 Controller in-box for exactly this purpose An EA1 is running the entire cinema here in the Beast! It could run an entire floor, too if you didn't need the C4 OSD on more than one screen.

Hi Brolic Family Due budget constraints, would you recommend normal consumers like myself to do a 2.40:1 screen, with a Lumagden Radiance Pro to do the non-linear stretch with a Sony Vpl-325es($5500)? instead of getting 715es($10000). This would chew the my budget. Plus, a recommended Lumagden Pro System. I would appreciate any advise, please. As Always, Fantastic content, Family. As Always “Truly Inspirational” 🙏🏾👊🏽👊🏽😉👊🏽👊🏽🙏🏾

Greetings and thank you for the nice words! An as a rule of thumb, I would absolutely recommend the Lumagen + 325ES versus the 715 ES. I wouldn't put this out there if I didn't believe it, and as a Lumagen and Sony projector dealer, I encounter this question often....(with the JVC NX7+Lumagen vs. NX9 w/ no Lumagen as well)...people are often surprised when I make this recommendation, but the Lumagen does so much more for the picture (check out my other video on Lumagen's Dynamic Tone Mapping) in addition to NLS, the final picture WILL look better with Lumagen+325 when all is said and done

Very nice. That was one of the things I learned from Brett regarding the automation and control tie in with Kaleidescape and control systems for movie start up and pausing in conjunction with house lights etc. I had a NEEO remote before they were picked up with Control4 and it just was under utilized and not fully realized. I can imagine with something as robust as Control4 the remote probably comes into its own and is an entirely different experience. I do have 1 question for you because I know we both have a lot of the same gear. Are you running the Lumagen and Kaleidescape in graphic mode to improve the start up time of movies when going from menu into movie. It seemed your start time was a little quicker than mine but not too much different. As always good stuff

Hey, Episode 1 the size of the original space was 18x18ft. By episode 4 or 5, I actually moved my mechanicals and relocated a bathroom to make the space 18 x 29 before wall panels.
