I have loved Conway since a very young girl, I would sit on top of our old Hi-Fi stereo and listen and sing along for hours at a time. I will never forget the night he passed away, we were in the car on our way to Gulf Shores, Al for vacation and it came over the radio that Conway had just dies, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I literally cried for days. He will forever be the greatest in my eyes and my heart. I am so glad I had the chance to see him in concert several times. Love you always Conway !!!

I was raised on Conway as he was my mom's favorite and I saw him in concert a few times. We listened to his vinyl albums almost every day. He was without a doubt in my opinion the greatest country artist to ever step foot on a stage. No one ever came close and given what we have today that claim to be country we will never have anyone that will ever come close as country music is dying. Just glad we got to experience a true country legend!!!

He died the same day that Loretta Lynn's husband died and at the same hospital. They were on different floors. When they told Loretta her husband has died, they told her Conway had just been admitted and was in whatever room. She got to go see him before he died.

The fact is, for nearly ALL women who’ve stopped loving their man, it is a done deal. Move on. “Stop Loving Her Today” - There’s the song George Jones SHOULD’VE sang.
