I’m going to try the coo coo this way but omit the okra since I don’t eat it. I recently tasted some Vincy coo coo and after it set in the fridge for a day, we cut it up and fried it so it got crispy on the outside. Tasted delicious with fried stew fish.

Blacks in Southern America also eat coo coo, but they refer to it as grits. I thinks coo coo would be great with shrimp, too. Italians call it polenta. Jamaicans call it turn cornmeal, and Jamaicans also make a sweet version of coo coo with butter, and brown sugar.

I usually put the Ochros in the fish sauce. I'll have to sample that to know if it was properly cooked. Good luck in your career. 🙏🥳💖
