In this video I take you step by step through the entire cooking process. You will learn how to season the meat perfectly, cook it properly and end up with an incredibly tender and tasty result. This homemade delicacy is not only delicious, but also healthier and free of artificial additives that are often found in store-bought sausages.
Ingredients for Recipe #1:
Pork neck - 1200 g.
Water - 500 ml.
Salt - 1 tbsp.
Peppercorns - 20 pcs.
Allspice 4 pcs.
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp.
Rosemary - 1 tsp, thyme - 1 tsp.
Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons mustard seeds.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
2 teaspoons creamy horseradish.
0.5 tsp ground pepper.

Minced meat - 500 g
Eggs - 5 pcs
Onion - 1 pc.
Parsley
50 ml milk
Carrots - 1 pc.
Salt, black pepper
