In our country Uganda.. pumpkin is called ensujju..then bananas matooke...but we prepare them separately

We call it squash or pumpkin! We make it the same way, but we don't add bananas. Instead of the spices you use, we add a couple handfuls of sugar, some cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. When it is all mashed up and cooked, we put it in a hand pie dough or a big pie pan lined with dough and bake them in a crust. Pumpkin pie! It's SO GOOD. If you make a hand pie sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar!

Я это делаю так,заливаю водой,подсолю сварится,воду солью потом делаю пюре добавляю по вкусу специи масло.можно залить молоком и ложкой съесть,ещё вкуснее будет,приятного аппетита.
