National Director of Food, Beverage & Culinary Experiences, Patrick Scully, taught Esplanade residents 11 mistakes to avoid when grilling a steak in the Cooking & Cocktails Series: Grillin’ & Chillin’. Esplanade residents got the chance to learn how to make fresh corn and black bean salad as well as how to make their own traditional red sangria! The best part about this culinary experience is all residents got the chance to sample each item made in the demonstration.
