Heat the oil Fry the ingredients like onion ginger garlic paste put some bay leaves gloves fried for 10 mins put the masalas like meat masala ,garam masala ,dhana powder ,turmeric powder ,jeera powder fried again for 10 mins and lastly put the tomato paste fried again for 5 mins and put the boil beef Innards and cooked for at least 30 mins .
