One of the most common reasons a gas stove keeps clicking , even after it's lit, is that the burner cap is out of alignment. Once the the cooktop is completely cool, remove the burner grate to access the cap beneath it. Remove the cap and re-center it on the base

Once the cooktop is completely cool, remove the burner grate to access the cap beneath it. Remove the cap, and re-center it on the base. Try lighting the burner again. If this doesn't work it could be wet from a pot boiling over you have to dry it out or remove and food debris. There are lots of reasons, you're just gonna have to test and troubleshoot. Worse case scenario your spark module is bad and you need to call a repair person.

The clicking is the ignitor for the burner. If it gets wet at all, it will do that to dry out. If the ignitor has not been wet (it can easily come in contact with moisture due to cleaning), then you may need to replace it instead. Hope that helps! Edit after the first edit but belongs first: The other possibility is your spark module, but that tends to be the case when none of your burners will come on at all. Edit: This is based on experience working with appliances at a sales and repair center. I of course, can not be 100% certain without observing in person, but the click itself is definitely ignitor based.

Hey ! French here. If I’m not mistaken, the ratatouille you cooked is the version from the Pixar movie. In the movie, this ratatouille is presented as the Chef character’s recipe. I think it’s a gastronomic version of it. Us french people don’t usually dispose our ratatouille with such care, we cut small cubes and make a more chaotic version of it. That’s not saying that ratatouille is a quick dish to cook because the best way to do it would still require you cook each vegetable separately as they take different time to cook. But so long story short this is a restaurant fancy version of it. Our ratatouille looks more chaotic. But still delicious ;)
