Hello Jenny san, we also have Tilapia in the Philippines. It is a flavorful fish, we normally fry or grill it but there are various style in cooking it like steam or with soup.
Hi Jenny, watching you cooking fish made me hungry for fried fishes. Loved the sound of the crispy fish😋😋 And, you are such a humble person that makes you even more beautiful🥰🥰

Jenny not only a good wife n mother but also a good cook❤
Hello Jenny-san. Thank you for posting your cooking videos. I've always loved watching your Malawian cooking videos. Porridge, avocado sprinkled with sugar, delicious-looking morning muffins, etc... In Japan, fish is sometimes intentionally fried in oil until it becomes very crispy. Fish bones are also sometimes eaten fried or grilled. It's called "bone cracker - Hone Senbei 骨せんべい" . In particular, fish called "Horse mackerel - アジ '' and "sardine - イワシ '' are fried to a crispy texture. It's full of calcium. Mr. Koga must know this dish. It is now easier to obtain foreign ingredients in Japan than in the past. Please continue to try various things with your beautiful smile. ☺

THANK YOU for sharing Malawian recipe, I want to cook these dishes, too! I can't wait next recipe☺
Made the same over the weekend, enought to quench the cravings. But I must say there is a lacking natural flavour as compared to the tilapia fish from Lake Victoria. you can use corn starch instead of wheat flour to coat your fish.
Thank you for introducing me to such a wonderful dinner. The tomato stew looks incredibly delicious indeed! Do people in Malawi use a lot of lemon in their cooking? And there's something like lemon honey pickles on the kitchen table, right? I'm curious about that. Also, I was amazed to see Jenny-San squeeze lemons so quickly with her bare hands!JennySan must have a strong grip strength.
