Salam aunty jee. I wanted to ask that under the haandi did you have to add any cement or anything or pretreat it before putting on the coals. I have one but I'm scared it may crack.

Fill the handi with Water and leave it over night , then you will be able to cook in it the next day the Handi will not crack .
