For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
225g of dried spaghetti
450g (1 lb) skinned & chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
1 Red Chilli (deseeded & chopped)
1 Dessert Spoon of Basil (chopped) plus some extra to serve
50g (2 oz) tinned anchovies
175g (6 oz) Black Pitted Olives (chopped)
1 heaped tbsp Capers
1 rounded tbsp Tomato Puree
Black Pepper
Grated Parmesan (to serve)
