For entertainment purposes. Don't do what I do.
I finally got around to doing the coolant temperature sensor mod. You use a sensor from Nissan. I've heard it's for a Pulsar or Sentra. If you search: Engine Coolant Fan Temperature Switch - 21595-01A00 on Ebay, it'll come right up. The genuine ones are going for $50+ but this was only $12. So far, it's keeping the bike about 30 degrees cooler. Fans come on at 190F instead of 225F (or close to that). I also flushed my coolant multiple times and got a ton of sediment out. Then a quick oil change and the bike is running great!
