V1 kit plus 1kg of table sugar.
2x Coopers yeast.
Fermented at 12C

4.7% ABV
V2 kit plus 1.2 kg of liquid malt extract+300g of dextrose.
2x mangrove Jack's M84 yeast.
Fermented at 10C
OG 1.046
FG 1.012
4.5% ABV
Both batches brewed to 21 litres and bottled with 1 tsp of table sugar.
Both batches had hop tea 25g of Tettnanger hops.
Table sugar wins the day, Look, taste and cost.
