Even if you're not particularly uncoordinated, training to add new movements into your toolbox can go a longgggg way as a hooper. This is a good example of a training session I'd do to accomplish just that! Like I mentioned in the video, I want you to think less about reps here, and more so about trying each one until you feel comfortable with it, and then moving on. Get to it!
