I am glad you feeling better. I have used many of your suggestions throughout the video series. You have taught me more about copd than my doctors, so thank you very much. I would love suggestions on audiobooks. Thanks again.

Marcy Klein I’m so glad I could help, that is what I want most for my videos. As for audiobooks, a few of my favorites are “You Are The Placebo” and “Breaking The Habit of Being Youself” both by Dr. Joe Dispenza and “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. They are the kind of books that I have to listen to repeatedly to get all they have to offer, but they are all great for the mind and body. Enjoy 😉

I know how you feel. I had a hospitalization last fall. After that I needed quite a while to recover. I wanted to be exactly where I was before. It took some time to realize that I was overstressing myself both physically and emotionally. Now I am doing much better by using my O2 more. Doing things without it takes too much of my limited energy. This leaves me more energy for the things and times I want to be more active. We don't get any extra points for doing things the hard way. LOL

My doctor has never actually used that term and I haven’t asked, but when he’s talking he says “severe”. I think they each have different ways of saying similar things.

Hi Denise! Unfortunately I was already stage 4 when I was diagnosed, so now I I just have to do the best I can with what I have. Most of the time I do pretty good, but there are some challenges.
