INGREDIENTS:
1 cup potato or cornstarch
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2-3 lbs boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
Cooking oil, enough for deep frying
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp Korean pepper flakes (more if you want it spicier)
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
