I have always liked traditional long rise trousers, full cut, with unflapped watch pocket (for my watch), side seam pockets, inside suspender buttons and belt loops. A split in the back of the waistband is a nice detail. Cuffs are essential.

I have purchased and enjoyed many items from GG for many years, actually. I feel the products are a high quality, true to description. Nice packaging! I watch the videos frequently and enjoy the content and banter. With that being said… I tried to buy two pair of cords and because of the “special “ I would thereby receive four pair of socks - sweet; I like their socks. I had to attempt four maybe five times to order with code provided. I contacted the customer service who were very pleasant with emails but were not able help. They asked to try one more time to finagle a cure for the problem but I just couldn’t do it. After two to three days of emails and many attempts i canned the deal. Frankly guys usually like to pout a finger, but and leave. So good luck to those who have tried . Very frustrating. The apologies and script lines are so common and at times insincere. I’ll still buy product at GG, just not for awhile Regards, Curtis Henderson

This is a very good beginning. Now you have to go into bespoke shoes shirts and suits. Individual jackets and maybe some tweet pants and herringbone. I mean just to go to The bash would be great but I'm still recovering from double hernia. I'll definitely want to go next year. But also would be great to get out there and see you guys on other times that are not October. Would be great if you guys had a brick-and-mortar so we can meet the personalities out in fort belvedere. Well we had to get fitted for a suit or other clothing over at the store. Doesn't have to be a traditional brick-and-mortar it could be at the back of your house. From the pictures it looks like it's big enough.

Hey Rafael would you ever consider making a line of clothing that would be cheaper than the "best of the best" quality you usually do? I love the cut of these trousers, but personally can't budget for these ones.
@gentlemansgazette
Жыл бұрын
the way to make these cheaper is to use worse fabric, cheaper labor or larger quantities. If we would work with target, we couod usw cheap, shitty fabric, produce a bunch at really low prices. You then throw the pants away after a season. Frankly at this point, we are too small to compete in the cheap space. We could never hit target prices and even if we did, our quality would be worse. So I don't see us going for cheap anytime soon, sorry

Because of the high density of the weave, they flatten less than on cheaper pants. If you compare it in the lab, you will probably notice some flattening. In person I have never noticed it.

The older I get - 73 next month, but not ready to give up on comfortable and quality clothing yet, I welcome this development. There is a maker of high rise cords in the UK, but they're thin: yours are high weave. I may well be a customer, but particularly likely if you stock wood worsted, or even wool teryline mixes. I used to buy my trousers from Winebergs of Leeds - sadly, thery went bust - I hope that isn't a timely warning to you, but so many young men seem to want trousers (pants: if you REALLY must) that I can't help but think limit their productive potential considerably. And anyway, though I'm well past caring about that (and never did, very much), tighter trousers - the absurd measures such as "tailored fit", as if that actually meant anything, "slim fit", which just means genital strangulation, are all so hideously uncomfortable, chafe on arthritic hips, push young mens' unovely genitalia out, as if anyone really wanted to see them - in my time, if anyone had turned up to their place of work in clothing like that, I'd have sent them home to get dressed properly: fine if you're seeking a career as a rentboy or "escort", otherwise just put it all away. Ugh. Wear proper trousers. trousers that fit on the waist where they're supposed to fit, room for the thigh, pleats if possible, plenty of cloth so that one can sit down without causind physical injury. And stop calling them "pants": that may be half the problem.

Introduce these with pleats. And tapered and definitely they have to come with helped and cuffed for sure otherwise it’s going to cost another $25 for each. I love these only if they are cuffed with inseems 28,29,30.31.32,33…..with waist sizes go up by every inch. So we don’t have spend money for adjusting waist and inseam as well as they have to be little tapered in guess.
@gentlemansgazette
Жыл бұрын
By doing that, we would increase our stock cost dramatically, which means we would have to increase the price, so there would be no savings for you. Plus, you will still have to alter the pants because a 1 inch inseam is way too much. My inseam is 31.25" and I want a 2" cuff. You might want a 2.25" cuff, or maybe 1.75 and you nee 30.5" inches of inseam. The person who buys these pants, know that there is no such thing as a pair of pants, that jsut fits off the rack. I have never had that experience in my life, and I have never met anyone where I thought their pants fit perfectly without the need for alterations.
