A core focused Pilates class to build strength 3-dimensionally through the front, side, and back of your body. You’ll begin on your back to warm-up and start the series, then move to your sides, and finish on your hands and knees. By the end of class you’ll have developed the muscles of the core necessary to support your spine, improve your posture, and enable you to move with ease.
