Corn Dip
(2) 10-ounce cans Mexi Corn, drained
4.5-ounce can chopped Green Chilies
8-ounces (1 cup) Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
7.5-ounce container of Jalapeno Cream Cheese, softened
4 chopped Green Onions
Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate and enjoy with your favorite corn chips.
If you cannot find jalapeno cream cheese simply chop a couple of tablespoons of pickled jalapenos and add a softened package of plain cream cheese. No biggy. No stress recipe.
