This is a dish I like a lot, memories of my High School and Ngoa Ekelle times.... It was good to have friends from various regions of Camaroes ;), very vivid and nice memories. I am going to try it ooo Precious and let you know. Madam go kick me out of the house if I succeed lol but I will try. So Precious, can I use peeled corn sold here in cans? Where am I going to take natural corn from home? Also, would you also use red beans or black beans are the best? thanks
@PreciousKitchen
7 жыл бұрын
TrésorS YYY yes you can use peeled corn in the can. That's what I use in this video. For beans, I always go with black because it allegedly tastes better. Awww I'm sure madame will love it!

nadialln it's a "contri spice". Lol. It is a round spice used in a number of recipes in pays. It is also called "ngakanga". It is labelled "rondelles" in the grocery stores here. HOWEVER, totally omit it if you can't find it.

Precious, you know I added 5 grains of djansang and 1 red tomato to my cooking, someone told me to add, that it will add some flavor. The result was actually very good ;) The only "problem" for me is that I don't have yellow corn and I live in the south here with all these latinos cousins, I can't find yellow corn. What a disgrace ;) But the food was excellent. Next I have to tackle Ndolè... Pray for me ;)
