The Buckinghams (from Chicago) ran this tune right up the pop charts in 67. "Like one of those bunnies out of a Playboy Club ..."

written by the late Joe Zawinul. Austrian musician keyboardist that formed Weather Report. Played and first recorded this tune with the Cannon Ball Adderley group. nice version with soul.

Love his work with the late and magnificent Donny Hathaway. That stuff is still priceless.

Thanks for turning me onto Donny Hathaway. I got "Donny Hathaway Live" and been nerding on it since.

Cornell could sure preach it with a guitar in his time. Even if this isn't a showcase piece like his rendition of Blues Nocturne -- its still some dang nice playing. Mr. Smooth indeed!

smooth as a fresh jar of Skippy. All his work. WIth King Curtis, Aretha, Donny, and Gadd/Tee and on and on, it's all good. Tasteful and soulful.

Mr. Dupree tells the story in his playing. Joe Zawinul is smiling right now! Let all of those fast players take a lesson here...you don't always have to run peeps out of the place with your "hurry-up play" noise!!
