First pour / Blooming: 40g coffee, 40 secs.
Second pour: Pour until 130g. Hold until 1 min 10 secs.
Final pour: Pour until 200g.
Brewing time: Approximately 2 min 20 secs.

Dose: 12-13g, Water: 200g, Ratio: 1:15.4-16.7
Grind size: Medium-Coarse, Temperature: 92-95°C

Dose: 12-13g, Water: 200g, Ratio: 1:15.4-16.7
