as has been mentioned, thats 33 Willys. a mate of mine shipped a lot of them to the US years ago and they fetch crazy money .Ancestor of the jeep , same engine etc. 12:00 34 chev coupe. they are full of wood in the body so unless they are very good, it's a chore to rebuild one.

Willys built the model 77 pick up for only 1935 and '36 - bodies were basically the same. '35 came with wire spoke wheels , '36 had steel artillery wheels ( some late '36's came with solid rims ). If anyone knows where I can find a pair of rear fenders, it's one of the last things I need to finish mine .

I have seen a picture before of a US soldier and a Jeep at a sign in Edmonton that says "Start of the Alaska Highway" but I thought those must be early photos, because isn't Dawson Creek the official start of the Alaska Highway now? That stretch from Edmonton to Dawson is still sorta considered part of it for the people coming from that part of the US and Canada to the highway though. Speaking of the Alaska Highway, do you ever come across Milepost books? I live in Alaska and have been up and down that highway probably 20 times or more, and have been collecting the Mileposts for a while now. I expect in Edmonton they must pop up now and then?

You walked pass some real $$ in those old cars. I'd recommend you develop some networking with the restoration community. The first pick up, the White cab over, and Plymouth 5 window coupe could have done very well. Avoid 4 doors at all cost.

Ah the 914 the only Porsche that does not look best in silver. Silver usually works well on Porsche the 914 not so much seems greens orange yellow red and blue maybe even purple and pink suit it better Neat way to hide the towns tower maybe the sign is not need right there I guess at least it is not a huge sign or bright colours
