David, thank you-- your webinars are fantastic! I've been rather unlucky when it comes to finding a great attorney to represent me. But through your videos I learned so much. Now, when my attorney goes MIA for a month or more at a time, I can get many of my concerns answered.... Thanks again, you're awesome!

Question: Those courts that don't utilize court reporters are they what some deem to be acting under color of law? If so, what is your opinion to that type of court?

In Nyc they use FTR- a for the record digital system but records are not clear and can get sticky when litigants want to file appeals
