Cous Cous is a small steamed granule of rolled Semolina that is often served with a stew spooned on top. Pulao is a rice dish, usually sautéed, cooked in stock or broth, adding spices, and other ingredients such as vegetables or meat. Here, in the preparation, Cous Cous is used as subsitute to Rice.

Water - 1.25 cup
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon

Garlic - 3 to 4 clove
Chopped Carrot - 1 cup
Red, Yellow, Green Bell Pepper - 1 cup
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Salt -1 teaspoon ( as per taste)
Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon (as per taste)
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice - 1
Coriander Leaves - handful
