In today's video I share some simple things I do at home on a fall morning that help me find my inner peace and balance again. It's only been a few weeks since the last video but it's been so stressful, it felt like months.

Apple Tart Recipe
Dough
250 gr. all purpose flour
150 gr. cubed butter at room temperature
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp cold milk
Filling
4-5 apples
5 tbsp apricot jam
2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
Add the sugar and pieces of butter to the sifted flour
Knead with your hands until the mixture looks like wet sand
Add the egg and mix it with the buttered flour with a fork
Add the cold milk and knead lightly until it is absorbed by the dough
Wrap the dough with film and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Frozen as it is, roll it out into a sheet with a rolling pin
Its thickness should not exceed 5 mm, spread it in a buttered 26-28 cm tart pan.
Pierce the base of the tart with a fork and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
We put a piece of baking paper on the tart and fill it with weights such as legumes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove the baking paper and weights.
Spread the tart with melted apricot jam and sprinkle with the mixture of sugar and cinnamon, put the apples and a little melted butter and bake again for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
