I'm not a vegan, but I do eat a balanced diet which does consist mainly of plant/vegetable/fruit based meals. I loved all the recipes in this episode & tbh I've followed your channel for many years now & admire the work you do. There's a version of the last dish you made that I also make. I got it from a fellow KZitem cook/chef "Molly Baz" In her version she uses a non vegan cream base or bed to lay the roasted spuds on, but i must say "I did like the components" that made up your own creamy spread." As a garnish she made a dressing by frying various nuts, golden sultanas, garlic, aleppo chilli flakes & another non vegan item for a salty burst of flavour, which can obviously be omitted. She then sprinkled some Rocket or Arugula "as I believe its called in your neck of the woods😉." You could also use Parsley a combination of the two, or whatever herbs of your choosing, and place that on top of the spuds. And then pour the cooled down, or slightly warm nutty/sweet oil on top... There are so many variations you can create from this dish, which has undoubtedly become one of my favourite side dishes of all time... Hope you give the oil dressing, and different types of greens on top, a try... Brings this already wonderful potato salad dish "IMHO" to a higher level for sure... What with the creaminess of the dip, the crunch of the spuds, the freshness of the arugula/greens, and the rich/sweetness of the nutty/sultana oil drizzle... Simply delightful 👌🏼 Again, love the video, and the work you do, period... Much respect, love & light ✨️ 🤎 🙌🏽

I'm not vegan, but I have a really terrible chronic illness where I'm stuck in bed or on the couch most of the time, and your videos are super relaxing to watch. Loved this video to bits and pieces! Thank you so much for all the ove you put into your very inspiring videos. I'll definitely recreate the muffins and the butternut Squash Gnocchi as I have a butternut pumpkin that waits to be turned into something delicous. I just went vegan a few weeks ago (I think it's actually now 2 months? well, I don't count time, I'll never go back anyway) and I always thought that all sorts of Pasta were to be avoided from now on, but... actually, original italian pasta contains nothing but grain and water. :P I love how you pronounce "Streusel". The correct pronounciation would be something like this: Shtroyzel. The hard part is to pronouce "eu" similar to the "oy" in oyster or boy. It really doesnt make much sense looking at how Germans write the "oy"-sound. (50:50 spanish and german here, btw. :D)

Made the bread for Thanksgiving. I screwed up thinking my digital scale didn’t measure in grams but it does, in the solids mode liquids are only ml’s and oz. So I converted to oz and wasn’t sure how it would go. I didn’t get as much rise as I expected but that might also be down to impatience. ALL that said, it was FANTASTIC! I’ll try again using the grams on the scale. Do you ever use your oven with the light turned on (if it’s not an LED bulb) to proof your bread dough?

A genuinely simple bread recipe I can use. Thanks 🙂👍 P. S. I'm not particularly a huge fan of kale but just as you put it through the food processor, I blitz mine in a smoothie and it's still got all of the nutrition and I get to just drink it quickly. The taste and texture is harsh for me.
