Ingredients List:
1 liter milk
1 tea glass of liquid cream
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons of cocoa
80g chocolate
Preparation: We pour sugar, flour, starch and cocoa into the pot and mix with a whisk. We add egg yolk and milk and start cooking. We cook it until it becomes bubbly. Then we add the chocolate and turn off the stove. We cool our dessert by stirring it occasionally. We pour cream over the dessert that has come down to room temperature and start mixing it with a mixer. After beating it with a mixer for 5-6 minutes, we pour it into cups. We sprinkle cocoa on it. We decorate with pistachios and raspberries. Enjoy.
