I’ve never heard a single person so your knuckles will get bigger. But everybody I talk to try to tell me that I’m gonna get arthritis and I just laugh at them because it’s just natural gases within the liquid
@timothyfloyd3269
2 жыл бұрын
I hope your being sarcastic as there are multiple types of arthritis. I myself have psoritic arthritis. And a common form of arthritis is just wear and tear of the joints so cracking your knuckles forcefully too much like he said in the video can give you arthritis due to the wear and tear of gas release.

@@timothyfloyd3269 I’m not being sarcastic, I know I’m not gonna get it because I’m not stupid and doing sim stupid shit with them, I also can bend my fingers back at a 66’ degree angle. But you know.

Popping knuckles has been proven to not cause arthritis. A physician even spent decades popping the knuckles on one hand as an experiment. This arthritis business is an old myth.

@@DoubleAplusJ Thank you so much man, yeah I’ve heard the whole story too and I looked at his whole biography about it as well that’s fucking crazy he actually gained more muscle on his hand he cracked because he wouldn’t move his muscles more often than just doing normal physical functions with his hands

Arthritis has no links to cracking your knuckles it’s actually all genetics. If you have any arthritis in your family your already have a high risk of it. Some people locally and nationally have actually done studies on themselves to prove this. They would crack one hand and but not the other, but both hands got it at the same time in every case.

I heard that fluid is actually serves as sort of protective bubble and sort of internal barrier to help offset injury, _example,_ if one were to crack their neck and then were to relieve a whiplash injury shortly after, the injuries you sustain could be considerably worse. Something to think about!

So, when we bend knees down everyday, does the same action happen to the joint? And could that be a reason for so many knee replacement surgeries?
@tentenstories
2 жыл бұрын
I believe it's probably not because of the bending action, but more because of the impact the knee sustains when you walk/run. I've frequently heard that running is bad for the knees and that fast walking is best. Both have a lot of bending action, but one puts a bigger impact on the knees. But of course it's hard to say cause it builds up over years/decades. There are certainly other factors too.

The crack is a shock absorber to prevent serious injury . We all bent out finger or fingers all the way back or forward really fast On a door frame or something and it dam hurts . The snap takes out like 35% of the pressure to help save you . Don’t crack your knuckles for no reason it ready and waiting to save you in the event of an accident like an Air Bag .

Truth? The jury's still out. Do it if you enjoy it, don't force it if it won't crack. Start analysing all these over done explanations which plant opinions inside and you'll actually not learn anything.
