Nice. Are you dispensing the whole contents of fermenter that way? If so, I’m assuming you need to hook it up to Co2 after a few?

No, i used it for long without co2. Even the last liter served is still carbonated. Just keep your serving pressure as high as your beer allows without foaming too much. I keep mine between 0.4-0.9 bar for ales and to the lower end for stouts.
