Thank you for this video. Some good tips, I have talked to my local wine shop about head space and using marbles but thought it was a little geto. Just subed and will be getting caught up with your other video's Carl

Thanks for the sub! Yeah. I usually try to add just a little more must to allow for loss but as you saw in this vid. it was a struggle start to finish! If you do use marbles, be sure to get food grade or safe marbles because some of the decorative marbles contain lead. Keep on Smokin' n Drinkin'!

I enjoyed your video, I am going to make a Moscato in a week or so when I get a new 2 gal brew bucket.

Thank you for the video. Maybe I missed something, while I was drooling over your pie, but.... Your gravity reading was .998 or so, and then before bottling it was 1.032. What did you use to backsweeten, raise gravity, and how did you stabilize before bottling?

You didn't miss anything. You actually have a keen eye. Remember how I said I was going to call this wine Calamity? The troubles continued all the way to posting the video. I always have several brews going at once and this time was no exception. I had a Mojito-style wine and the Moscato going. Somewhere during the brew process I got my labels switched on the two wines (they did look very similar after I removed the mint and lime peels from the Mojito wine.) Long story short, I am re-editing both videos to clear things up. I am going to have to pull both videos down. Thank you for your perceptive observations and comments.

I guess I didn't really answer your question. The Moscato did in fact finish dry at 0.998.
