For most of my 20 years of playing craps I was a pure darkside player. I’d play a dp w/ single odds and one dc w/ single odds and press them a unit at a time as they won. It worked very well for me for many a year. The key to playing darkside is knowing when to not only back off, but when to leave. The shorter the session the better!

I really like the concept of giving the 7 value instead of it being devastating. It can also get spendy, though.

When playing DP you can also place the point. If the point is 6 or 8 I am likely to place them to cover my dont to some degree. Most times Id rather put several bets through the DC after a point is established with an equal bet in the come. Thanks Jacob!

Me too. When playing the don't pass, and the point comes up 6 or 8, I'll drastically reduce my amount at stake by placing the point 6 or 8. I'd rather wait for a better situation down the road. I hate playing the don't pass 6 or 8 even if I have the mathematical advantage. Call me crazy 🤪

When you had $150 nine you could also place the for $100 and be a winner either way.

Forst roll I like playing 440 then use the winnings to go 110 inside. Second roll I place $25 on DC, if an inside number hits I take the place number down and leave the DC. I place DC bets til all my place numbers are replaced.

Odd's on a 4 & 10 Don't are a fantastic bet any time. It's a free lay for the lay players. I have used this many times where I am forced to pay for a lay up front.

I play the Don’ts a lot. However, I do not agree with not placing odds especially if a point has been hit once or more. You may lose the 1:1 ratio but you are always the favorite. Particularly if you go through the DC, IMHO.

When you play the Don’t, do you just risk the rollout or hedge?

Do you ever play the “Arnold”?

Thanks for the tutorial! You demonstrated on a $50. DP bet would be = a $15. Hop the 7s bet also. What is the math ratio, you like to use, on how much to Hop the 7s, in comparison to your- Don't Pass bet?
