I think the problem is 48 psi not the tire itself. No hate just recommending you run a higher psi and it could potentially prevent this in the future. Hope you recover fast .

Nothing wrong with 32mm and 48psi. It's not that low. 55 is recommended

@WinsteadSpeedShop oh true I ride 25mm with 95psi but don't know much about larger tires I know one guy running 32mm clinchers told me he runs 70 psi

@@cbb3062 doesn't matter what he said, use the experts and adjust accordingly. Silca pressure calculator. Zipp pressure calculator.

Mid 40s to mid 50s for that tire width... more than 48 PSI would have been even less grippy!

Never had an issue with the tires. My favorite tire and I have used other brands.

That's good to hear. Now go mount new ones and take them into a 30mph corner at 85% 🤣

Yea sucks man, the michelins also have this issue with the mold release, I just run my fingers to rub off the compound. Otherwise it would be grippy.

The recently come down in price so I thought I'd buy a pair to see how they run. Thanks for the information I'll be mindful of that with my first few rides

How ironic the Corsa Pro Control are out of control. Good luck healing up, hope you are 100 percent soon. Why I run the GP5000 and think why would anyone run anything else. Sketchy tires just aren't worth it. Thanks for the heads up.

I love the GP5000 but they don't roll as supple as VITTORIA. I'd never washed out on a Corsa Graphene 2.0 before

hope you'll have a speedy recovery. Is your wheelset hookless by any chance?

Sorry bro I believe you, I mean you said conditions were perfect, not an oil slick or some loose sand. Is the Vitt. Graphene 2.0 Corsa Control TL? What size are they? I just buy 700x25 so now I'm concerned

They're the Corsa Control Pro tubeless not the Control graphene those are awesome. Perfect conditions. Scrape them first with sand paper

Thank you for sharing. I'll pray for a quick recovery for you. I had a set of these tires on my Ostro VAM in size 28mm. I tried to like them, and I tried to get 500 miles out of them, but by around 400 they had so many punctures and delamination issues that I switched to a set of GP5000 STR in 28mm and haven't had a single puncture or any other problem in 1000+ miles. I weigh about 67kg and ran the Vittoria tires and the Continentals at 60 to 63 PSI.

Hard to beat a set of GP5000 for all around performance with great rolling resistance

Bike tires maybe like motorcycle tires.....they have a break-in period before you should really push them while cornering.

After you lightly sand them, you might want to thoroughly wipe them down with isopropyl alcohol.

Your tire pressure was too low for a technical descent. The tire just fell off the road
