I was stuck in a huge crash cycle with my illness. Even when I started to feel a little better at times I would push myself a little bit too much and there I was again in a crash. There is nothing about getting better from this that is a straight line. We are working with so much going on in the body and mind. We have so many different symptoms going on. Our heads are spinning. We are scared. We need to get this straight in ourselves that achieving good health is a process. People recovering from any illness you see that there is a process to it. We will have to do specific things to recover- to help our bodies. I am here as a reminder that you need to participate in your own healing.
I didn't know how I was going to do it. I just kept doing things to help my body and mind the best that I could. To try and do things that would calm it. I had to take action steps. Please hang in there okay.
I know you will get there. I know you will have to do certain things. Please do your best to get good information in. Do focus on your breath breathing. Meditation is so healing for the body and mind. I made the focus on the breath breathing video so easy to understand. It's so easy and helps your body calm down.
