The style of videos are classic which mixes with 90s elements and the kids are little but expressing themselves in the well language structure in both Chinese and English that’s fantastic! I can tell this family is very educated. Love it!

I absolutely LOVE this family!! They are all super smart and articulate. The Dad is a talented singer. I grew up in the 80s, and I had friends like their Dad. Again, I just LOVE this family. I wish them all well and many successes in their endeavor in China and globally.

We used to have mostly corn noodles in the past, say about 45 years ago it was all we had. Guess things change through time.

Merry Christmas to y'all. I love your 80s themed video. It brings back memories of when I was in my teens. I sort of grew up in the 70s and 80s, I miss VCRs and VHS tapes the original Sony Walkman (cassette tape), they then upgraded to Discman (CDs). Children born after the 90s don't know what a VHS tape is or a VCR for that matter haha

Thanks Jose! We also grew up in the 80’s!! Love all that stuff, also the sound of a VHS being popped in the VCR! Amazing

Do you guys like beef or lamb hot pot? Go try 十二煌 for lamb hot pot, I had it like half a month ago when shenzhen is only 7 degrees and it was amazing! And for the beef one you definitely should try 七鮮,but remember to look it up on 大眾點評 and call their boss 陳老闆 aka 彬哥 to reserve the special meat for you, otherwise it’s just gonna taste like any other 潮汕beef hot pot out there.(but still delicious haha!)

What is the white stuff? Flavour enhancer (glutamate)? If yes, do not eat that much of it It damages your sense of taste.

Glutamate and sugar are the cheapest way, but also the unhealthiest way to get the 'umami' taste.
