You can use Blender's smoke simulation. Just set up a smoke domain around the bike, place a small object at the exhaust (parent it), and set it as a flow object with the 'Smoke' type. You can tweak the smoke density and speed based on how fast the bike moves . BUT i highly recommend to use drivers to control the density of the smoke and it's speed when it comes out , this way the smoke will be coming out based on the speed of your motorcycle.
