That is 100% natural ability. That guys limb length is absolutely insane. If he would have put on some muscle and trained he probably could've been an elite sprinter too.

I hate people like you, I’m tall and have good “limb length” and people think I’m good at basketball because “I’m just so tall.” Frick no, you now how many hours I’ve put into the game? @@ETHAN.WIENKAMP Look man, you can think what you want, but if a guy who is 6'6 with a 7 ft wingspan puts the same amount of time and effort practicing basketball as a guy who is 5'8, and their eye-hand coordination, etc. is the same, the 6'6 guy is going to dominate the 5'8 guy. Also, being tall has nothing to do with having longer limbs RELATIVE to your height. I'm willing to bet if you are a 6'3 white dude ur wingspan is around 6'3. Look at the players drafted into the NBA each year and you'll see players with wing spans that are 7+ inches greater than their height. That is what I was talking about.

Thank you, and I like your videos a lot

The best way to improve your jumping is to practice jumping. Squats, sprints, calf raises, and stretching are all important but spent a lot of time studying technique and working on explosive movements - box jumps, split jumps, backboard touches, etc. Go hard on these exercises (max effort) and go until your legs feel like jelly. Film yourself and work on your technique, you will start seeing progress!

Don't get me wrong this is an impressive feat, but I wanted to point out: His graph is the first example I've actually seen myself used to sort of "boost" how good something looks. The graph doesn't start out at 0 therefore making the bar appear longer than the rest. It always would, but were he to have started the graph at 0 it would have looked that much less impressive. This is a form of advertising and honestly really cool to see for myself and recognize! I'm sure it's really not that big of a deal but hey, whatever hahaha. What an amazing record though!!

Not really. Powell broke the record by only a fraction. That’s usually what happens in track & field: when an existing record is broken, it is usually by only a fraction of a meter (or mile, km, or second, etc).
