If it snows, it doesn't mean skipping training. We present you one of our options when we want to train while it is snowing outside. In this training, we hit the entire upper part of the body (biceps triceps, back, chest ...). The exercises we did were pull-ups, dips, push-ups (incline and decline), Australian pull-ups, muscle ups, dips on a straight bar. Be sure to warm-up well before training and gradually remove layer by layer of clothing. Be careful!
