I was looking for firm cream cheesa-whipped cream frosting, & came across this video. Immediately made it this morning and it was perfect. The only thing that hard was mixing cream cheese with whipped cream bc it’s so thick. I’m using 3/4 non dairy w.cream & dairy w.c (& reduce the sugar) bc of my humid area. Thanks a lot, & beautiful video btw

I tried this recipe alongside with the red velvet cake recipe. I seriously had no idea that there's a variety type of whipping cream. I always thought they are the same 😭 And that's what happen when I try to whip a UHT whipping cream and it never become fluffy like the usually I see in recipe videos 🙂 I change from using a hand mixer to a stand mixer. I place the cream in a steel bowl and put it to chill in the fridge. When it is chilled I take it out and whip it again using stand mixer. It thicken but never fluffy. I made some research only then I know that the cream I'm using is not for frosting. I tried to put cream of tartar and even gelatin! But it never works 😂 I gave up and I just mix in the cream cheese. Then the mixture become quite thick but definitely not suitable for frosting. I was like whatever 😂 I put it in the fridge to firm it up a lil bit. Then I frost the cake real quick. Although the cake is going to fall apart as the frosting can't hold them in place but I tried my best 😂 Once I'm done I pop the cake into the fridge. The taste is so good btw! Next time I will be careful in choosing the whipping cream though 😂

Next time, if u want, u can use soft butter instead of whipped cream too... It works great! Yt it for full detail if u want

I love your recipe because it's not full of sugar, you could upload a video of how you make bread, please. I have a doubt in the end you cover your bread of something white that white is the cream you put to the cake inside and maybe with that you covered the cake or is it another different!? I tried this recipe and it can't sit out in room temperature for very long . And the icing started to lose its shape a short while after I started frosting as it doesn't have butter it's really hard for it to maintain its shape well and my cake turned out really jiggly and weird but for eating it's delicious and light but for decorating it's no so good...

welcome.. its unsweetened whipping cream. with this amount of cream and the cake recipe, total will be around 1500 to 1700 gm.

yes, still you need to add sugar but in less amount. you can half the sugar amount and add it.

thanks. the jar cheese are overly processed and have much more oil in it and its too salty for a frosting. even the texture will differ a lot . thats why we bakers wont suggest ever to use glass jar processed cheese spread

this is not the perfect cream for making flowers or any kind of detailed piping. but you can do rosette or covering the cake with this cream will be completely ok.if the weather is too hot weather, It may have a change to melt

sweetened heavy cream is lightly sweetened, that might not complement the cream cheese portion. so you can add a little amount of sugar to adjust the sourness in the cream cheese...

ai poriman recipe te.. apni 4 tbsp to 6 tbsp cocoa powder add korte paren to make it chocolate frosting. and add that cocoa powder while beating the whipping cream...

if you cut the cake in 1 inch thickness, then 3 layers of cake will come out of it.. ( 8 inch pan)

yeah.. first you need to crumb coat and then keep the cake in freezer for about 15 mins. then do the final or second layer

for black forest, the specifications is using dairy whipping cream. if u use cream cheese frosting, that wont be blackforest cake. that will be chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting.

apu, you can also use the whole 250 gm here or if you dont want to, then you can use the rest 25 gm for other purpose, for ex - have it with bread, cookies, and even can store..
