These light-as-air, crispy choux pastry balls (profiteroles/cream puffs) are filled with delicate and creamy filling. Very delicious dessert that is really easy to make.
Ingredients:
Choux pastry
125ml milk
125ml water
100g butter
150g flour
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar
4 eggs
Filling:
250g cream (33-35%)
250g farmer cheese or cream cheese
50g sugar
icing sugar to decorate
Bake in the oven 200C/390F for 15min then reduce the temperature to 165C/330F for additional 20min.
I used 12mm nozzle.
