Cream cheese pecan chocolate cookie (7 cookies)
Ingredient
115g Unsalted butter
85g Brown sugar
40g White sugar
1 Egg (55-57g)
180g All -purpose flour
2g Baking powder
1g Baking soda
1.5g Salt
50g Pecan
90g Chopped chocolate (Chocolat chip)
190g Creamcheese
30g Powdered sugar
Preparation
1. Place unsalted butter, egg and cream cheese at room temperature so it is not cold.
2. Measure the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
3. Cover container for creamcheese filling with plastic wrap.
4. Bake pecans at 160โ(320โ) for 8 minutes and let cool.
