1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
Cream filling:
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of corn starch
560ml of milk
1/2 cup sugar (90g)
Peels of half a lemon
1 piece of cinnamon
caramel topping:
1/4 cup sugar (45g)
Cup measure: 240ml
Dimensions of the mold/baking pan: 23 × 6cm
Dessert plate dimensions: 19 × 2cm
