This is one of my favorite desserts, soft, creamy and fragrant! The Lemon will then give it that extra taste and freshness that makes it irresistible! The whipped pastry is now one of my workhorses, it is prepared quickly and does not need to be worked or rolled out, you will see once you have tasted it you will never leave it! It's yummy and easy!

Ingredients:
For the Lemon Cream:
500 ml Milk
2 eggs
40 g Corn starch
90 g Sugar
2 grated lemons
Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the whipped shortcrust pastry: mold 24-26 cm
3 eggs
280-300 g flour 00
130 g Sugar
130 g Butter or margarine
12 g Baking yeast
Lemon extract (or 1 grated lemon)
Powdered sugar
