Ingredients:
Mushrooms mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
Chicken breasts - 4 pcs.
Butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
Olive oil - 2 fl oz (30 ml)
Chicken broth - 1 cup (250 ml)
Cream 20% - 1.3 fl oz (20 ml)
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Green onion
Preparation:
In a saute pan, heat olive oil and butter until sizzling.
Salt and pepper the fillets on 2 sides.
Fry chicken until golden on 2 sides.
Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms into slices.
Transfer chicken to a plate, cover and keep warm.
In the same skillet, fry the mushrooms until golden.
Slice the onions into feathers.
When the mushrooms are browned add the white part of the onion.
Fry a little more for about 2 minutes.
Add the flour and fry until a nutty flavor appears.
Pour in the broth, stirring constantly.
Next pour in the cream.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Return the chicken to the saucepan with the released juice.
Cover with a lid, turn the heat down to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with green onions.
