CREAMY PARMESAN GRITS THE BEST GRITS YOU WILL EVER HAVE GUARANTEED
6 cups of water
1 tablespoon of chicken flavored bouillon
1 cup of grits
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of monetary jack cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Put a pot on the stove at medium high heat 6/7
Add 6 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of chicken flavored bouillon. Let the water come to a boil.
Once water start boiling add 1 cup of old fashion grits steering water with a wisck or fork while adding the grits. Cover grits as seen in the video and let the grits’s cook for 30 minutes mixing it occasionally.
Next add 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream mix it into the grits and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of monetary jack cheese. Mix the cheese into the grits and let it cook for 10 minutes.
If not eating it right away put the stove on low heat 1/2 to keep it warm. Turn off heat when you’re ready to eat. (Grits don’t hit the same once they are cold)
Cooking time in total:45 minutes
Serves 4
