In this video, I'll show you how you can create a countdown timer in Google Sheets that you can use to display in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Essentially, we will create the timer in Google Sheets, record the countdown to make a video file (using Xbox Gamebar), then play the video file in Teams (using OBS) to alert participants to wrap up the current topic to move on to the next. Yes it's a bit of work to setup, but this could be an effective way to keep the meeting agenda on track without being too disruptive.
