Me too! But basically it's a crappy bit of tech. Though I worked it out: the schedule has to have 24hours of programming, it won't let you just programme it to come on for, say, 8 hours a day. A safety thing apparently, meaning it has to be on at a minimum of 5 degrees all the time as a frost protection. Therefore, to change the schedule you have to stick with what is already preset, as in the amount (it is a minimum of four out of six). So just reset the schedule to the default, and then go through adjusting the times to suit your needs. But don't delete any of the preset schedules - this will mess things up, just adjust the temperature. For example, if you want the heating on twice a day, say from 0630 to 0830 and then from 1800 to 2300 the system won't let you just programme that. What it does is defaults the end/start times, so it will come on at 0630 to 0830, but the second will default to then start at 0830! Basically it has to be scheduled for a full 24 hours. So, as an example, mine is set to heat my house to 19 deg from 0630 -0830, and then from 1800 to 2300. The other two settings are from 0830 to 1800 at 5 deg and from 2300 to 0630 at 5 deg. A pain but it works. As a reminder: 1. 0630-0830 @19 deg; 2. 0830-1800 @ 5 deg; 3. blank; 4. blank; 5. 1800-2300 @ 19 deg; 6. 2300-0630 @ 5 deg. Hope that helps.

Don't buy this, the app is disconnected all the time and it takes days to reset. Resideo don't respond. Don't waste your money buy another make

@@ResideoSupport yes someone in USA told me that last night and nothing. I'm in UK and amazingly after 10 days it's connected. I'm sure it will go off again like all the other times.

@@ResideoSupport No. Get the powers that be in your company to make the app work without constant problems. Haven't they read and learnt from the comments of many others? I use many smart items and none are as terrible as yours.
